What is the deadline to register?
Early bird registration will end at 11:59 PM ET May 20, 2021. Starting on May 21, 2021, all registration rates will increase by $50. Registration will close completely at 11:59 PM ET on August 31, 2021. This will give participants enough time to access all the content and claim CME credits before the content expires on the virtual platform. All session content is available on-demand until September 15, 2021.
Will there be a registration fee for the ASE 2021 Scientific Sessions Virtual Experience?
Yes, there will be a registration fee associated with this virtual offering. The fee will be much less than fees associated with a live course. There will be an option to register with CME and without CME, so there should be an option for the needs of everyone. How do I access the content for the ASE 2021 Scientific Sessions Virtual Experience?
Instructions to access ASE 2021 Scientific Sessions Virtual Experience, including log in information, will be sent via email as the conference gets closer. This email will be delivered from ‘EventNotice@XpressReg.Net’ with the subject line of ‘ASE 2021 Scientific Sessions Virtual Experience Login Credentials”. We recommend adding this email address to your ‘Safe Sender List’ to avoid this message from going to your junk/spam folders.
How many CME will be included with registration?
ASE is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. ASE designates this activity for a maximum of 57 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ pending approval for all attendees (except non-CME registrants). You will be able to claim CME credits beginning Monday, June 21, 2021, through September 30, 2021. Instructions for claiming CME credits will be available closer to the live broadcast start date. You can also earn up to 57 MOC points. Click here for all CME/MOC details. There is no CME awarded for the poster sessions at this time.

What are the system requirements to access ASE 2021 Scientific Sessions Virtual Experience?
All you will need is your computer and a stable and reliable internet connection. This is essentially no different to watching a video on YouTube. If you can watch YouTube, then you will be able to stream on the website with no problems.
How long will I have access to the content provided in the live broadcast taking place June 18-21, 2021?
You will have unlimited access to this content on-demand until September 15, 2021 (90 days) following the broadcast. If you cannot participate in the live broadcast on June 18-21, 2021, you will still have the opportunity to watch all of the pre-recorded sessions & live question and answer sessions. All of the live question and answer sessions will be recorded, and available on-demand following the broadcast dates.
What type of content will be included in the Virtual Experience?
Content from 12 tracks will be included in the Virtual Experience. These include: Adult Congenital Heart Disease, Circulation, Early Career, Imaging Essentials (including Sonography), Innovation/Technology, Ischemia, Myocardium/Function, Perioperative, Pediatric/Congenital, Point of Care, Special Sessions, and Valves & Structural Heart Disease.
What is the ASE 2021 Scientific Sessions Virtual Experience Course Cancellation Policy?
Registration cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing to ASEVirtual@ASEcho.org. If you wish to cancel your participation, your registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by May 20, 2021 (by 11:59 PM ET). Any requests for cancellations received on or after May 21, 2021, will be refunded minus a $75 administrative fee. Registration fees for any ASE course is non-transferable to another participant or another course. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be issued back to the original payment method (if your payment is older than 120 days, a check will be issued back to you). *Membership dues are non-refundable or transferable if you cancel your ASE 2021 Scientific Sessions Virtual Experience registration.
