Online Library: The ASE 2025 Conference Online Library can be purchased with your registration for $199 for ASE Members and $250 for nonmembers. The price will increase after the conference to $299 for members and $399 for nonmembers. The Library includes unlimited online access, for three years, to the 2025 Scientific Sessions including live audio, screen capture with animation, mouse pointer, and embedded video of all sessions except Learning Labs and DIY Workshops. The Library does not include CME.
One-day Registration: *One-day Registration allows access to Scientific Sessions for one day only and includes CME credits for the day of attendance. This registration type does not include access to recordings from the live-stream session rooms. Multiple One-day registrations cannot be purchased.
Guest: *Guest registration is available for those attending with a fully registered attendee. The guest ticket includes admittance to the President’s Reception, Welcome Reception, Echo Exhibit, and Poster Hall. However, it is not eligible for CME/CEU and does not include access to live streaming/on-demand content, or admission to the Faculty, and Young Investigator reception. Guest tickets for the Faculty and Young Investigator reception will be available for purchase in August.
Residents of Tennessee can receive 10%* off full in-person conference registration. If you are a resident of Tennessee and would like to participate in Scientific Session, please email Registrar@ASEcho.org. *No other discounts can be applied.
Active or retired U.S. Military: ASE honors all active and veteran military attendees! If you have served in the U.S. military and would like to participate in Scientific Sessions, please email Registrar@ASEcho.org to receive a discount code for the registration fee. Please include a copy of your active or retired military ID or DD214 form and omit any personal information from the submitted document, such as your social security number.
**IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ABSTRACT PRESENTERS: If you are submitting an abstract for ASE 2025 Scientific Sessions and wish to receive the discounted registration rate for abstract presenters, please do not register before receiving an acceptance notification on Friday, May 9, 2025.
