Please read before reserving your hotel for ASE 2019. Travel Portland is the only official housing partner for ASE 2019. Neither ASE and Travel Portland will call you for reservations. If you are contacted by an agency other than the Travel Portland offering to make your hotel reservations for ASE 2019, we urge you to not use their services and report this to ASE or Travel Portland immediately. The rooms these agencies offer are usually at higher rates, are non-refundable, and/or carry a significant cancellation penalty.
ASE has secured several great hotel options for your stay in Portland. The majority of the hotels are located in the downtown area, a short ride on the MAX Light Rail to the Oregon Convention Center. As an alternative option, we also offer accommodations in walking distance to the Oregon Convention Center. All hotels are attractively priced and conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, and many more attractions.
The room block will be held until May 20, 2019, or until the block is sold out. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis. A major credit card is required to guarantee each reservation.
