Please be aware that during the ASE Scientific Sessions, attendees, vendors, guests, and exhibitors may be photographed or videotaped by ASE staff and contractors capturing the event. Some of these photographs or videos may be displayed by ASE in future publications or other materials. By virtue of your attendance, you agree to allow ASE to use photographs of you in its promotional materials.
Much of the information being presented at the ASE Scientific Sessions is proprietary and may include unpublished data. It is the responsibility of the presenter to notify the attendees that they do not want their research captured. This can be done by verbal announcement from the podium or with a notice on a poster presentation. Please be respectful of these wishes and DO NOT capture or share details of unpublished data.
The following policies must be followed. Attendees who violate these policies may be asked to leave the educational session and are at risk of losing their conference badge and privileges.
