CME Information

ASE designates this live activity for a maximum of 29.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. In-person registrants may claim CME credits for attending sessions in-person.

Virtual registration includes up to 24.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Virtual attendees may claim CME credits for watching either the live-streamed or recorded sessions.

Accreditation and Designation

ASE is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. In addition to offering CME credits, this activity has been developed and registered with ACCME to provide MOC, MOC Part 2, and MOCA 2.0 credits in alignment with AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Registering for this course will help you achieve all the CME you need to meet IAC CME requirements for echo lab physicians and sonographers.

ARDMS, CCI, and Sonography Canada recognize ASE’s certificates and have agreed to honor CME credit hours toward their registry requirements for sonographers.

ASE 34th Annual Scientific Sessions has been reviewed by the AAPA Review Panel and is compliant with AAPA CME Criteria. The in-person activity is designated for a maximum of 29.75 AAPA Category 1 CME credits, and the virtual activity is designated for a maximum of 24.25 AAPA Category 1 CME credits.  PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation. Approval is valid from 6/23/2023 to 6/26/2023. AAPA reference number: CME-208806.

ASE 34th Annual Scientific Sessions has been reviewed by the British Society of Echocardiography and is approved for up to 18 BSE Points (5 for full day; 3 for half day).
