Scientific Sessions 2025 Accommodations
ASE has secured a room block at five hotels conveniently located just a two-minute walk to the Music City Center. All hotels are located in downtown Nashville, attractively priced and walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, and many more attractions. NOTE: Room blocks are filling up fast and may sell out prior to their reservation deadlines. The Omni Hotel Nashville, JW Marriott Nashville, The Westin, and Cambria Hotel are already sold out, and the Embassy Suites has limited availability. After registering for ASE 2025, please reserve your room as soon as possible.

Neither ASE or the hotels will call you for reservations. If you are contacted by another hotel, travel agency, or hotel reservation company offering to make your hotel reservations for ASE 2025, we urge you to not use their services and report this to ASE immediately. The rooms these agencies offer are usually at higher rates, are non-refundable, and/or carry a significant cancellation penalty.
